From $464 and zero leads to 725 leads at $3.89, in one month
The diagnosis was the whole story: a standard e-commerce pixel on a medical account, no dataset installed, stock photography on the landing page. The campaign was optimising on nothing.
The situation
An earlier agency’s campaigns had run for weeks with one lead for $400, and the practice was ready to stop.
Delivered through a partner sub-agency on our medical ads playbook.
What we built
- Replaced the pixel with a health-compliant dataset and Conversions API events.
- Two new screener campaigns, knee and back, on the lead-form format already working elsewhere on the book, launched within a week of taking the account.
- Landing page re-shot with the practice’s own doctors; GoHighLevel pipeline, A2P-approved number, automations and assignments checked before go-live.

How to read it
A one-month result: strong, and short. The campaigns spent nothing after August, so this is the first month and nothing longer.
