567 enquiries at $5.95 each for a service nobody had heard of
An established contractor bought laser cleaning equipment and wanted to sell restoration of floors, furniture, stone and engine parts. Customers had never heard of it, and the shop could not answer enquiries fast enough to book them.
The situation
Two problems: the service had to be explained before it could be sold, and the front office had no way to respond to a lead the same hour. Part-way through, the owner handed the accounts to a new manager who was, by his own description, overwhelmed by the tooling.
What we built
- A Meta lead-generation campaign built on before-and-after close-ups and short videos of the laser at work, with Messenger as a second conversion path.
- Creative rotated on a schedule as frequency rose, which is why cost per lead fell as the campaign aged instead of climbing.
- Lead forms synced into GoHighLevel, tagged by source and by service; an AI chat assistant gathers details and photos, gives an estimate range and hands qualified leads to the owner; missed calls get a text back.
- An online booking system for laser-equipment rental as a second revenue line, with a Stripe deposit and a shared calendar.

How to read it
These are lead-form submissions and opened conversations, not booked jobs; bookings live in the CRM and are not part of this figure. The click-through rate doubled between January and March as the creative was rotated and the audience narrowed. From April the campaign held at roughly $300 a month for about 60 leads, which is the number worth planning around.
