From a freelance laptop to a full-stack agency.
Code Nova HQ started the way most of these do: one person, a laptop in Lahore, and a first paid contract in November 2018 for a client who needed a ClickFunnels funnel built properly.
What followed was 258 ClickFunnels builds, 127 WordPress sites and 84 Shopify stores. Those profiles are still public and still linked from this page, because the easiest way to check a claim is to go and read it.
Around 2024 the work changed shape. Clients stopped asking for a page and started asking for the system behind it: the CRM, the follow-up, the routing, the reporting. GoHighLevel became the backbone, and Code Nova HQ grew into a team of 13 covering WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel, SEO, funnels and paid ads under one roof.
We are still based in Lahore, Pakistan, and we now build for contractors, realtors, clinics and e-commerce brands across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE and Mexico. Today that is 41 live local-trade sites across 22 states. Twenty-two of them run the same flooring play in a different city. We run the same systems on our own business that we build for theirs.

A ClickFunnels job on Upwork
The first paid client project lands on 25 November 2018: build sales funnels, wire up the integrations and SMTP. Funnel work stays the core of the business for the next four years.
Fiverr and Upwork in parallel
Funnel builds, ClickFunnels hosting fixes and landing pages for US clients on both marketplaces. The oldest reviews still on the Fiverr profile date from this period.
WordPress, Shopify and paid ads
Clients start asking for the whole stack rather than one page. WooCommerce and Shopify stores, WordPress speed work, and Facebook ad campaigns get added to the offer.
GoHighLevel becomes the backbone
A four-month contract for an AI voice SaaS, integrating their product into GoHighLevel, marks the shift. From December 2024 the first long-running GHL retainer begins, and it is still live today.
