Ad spend judged on booked jobs, not clicks.
Google Search, Performance Max and Meta campaigns, with tracking set up first so the report shows leads and their cost rather than impressions. Managed monthly, cancel any month.
Tracking before spend
The first thing we do on an ads account is fix the measurement: conversion actions that mean a lead rather than a page view, the pixel and the Google tag firing on the right events, calls tracked, and every form submission landing in the CRM with its campaign attached. Without that, an ad account is judged on clicks, and clicks are what the platform is happy to sell you.
With it, the pipeline shows what each campaign actually produced and what a booked job cost. On one account that view took cost per lead from $46 to between $7 and $20, mostly by turning off what was not working.
What we run
Google Search for people who are looking now: tight keyword sets, negatives maintained weekly, ad copy that matches the page it lands on. Performance Max where the account has enough conversion data to feed it. Meta for local businesses whose buyers do not search first, with creative made for the feed and audiences built from the CRM rather than guessed. Landing pages are built or fixed as part of the work, because the page is half the result.
What a month looks like
Weekly optimisation: bids, search terms, creative rotation, budget moved toward what is converting. A weekly report with spend, leads, cost per lead and the campaign each lead came from. A monthly call if you want one. The ad account is yours, in your name, with us added as a manager, so if you leave you keep the history and the data.

Landing pages we run traffic to

Kickboxing Gym
A trial-class funnel rather than a quote request, with the CRM chasing the booking and then the show-up. It converts at 4.2%, the highest rate on the roster.

Dance Studio
The best-converting property on the whole roster, and not a trade business. At position 9.3 it turns impressions into visits several times more efficiently than our flooring accounts do, which says most of what needs saying about listing and title work.

Used Car Dealer
A dual-track lead system: Meta lead forms for buyers on one side, cold outreach to dealerships on the other, with a WordPress-to-CRM webhook keeping both in one pipeline.

Heating and Cooling Company
A seasonal trade where demand arrives in two spikes a year, so the site and the follow-up sequences are built to hold a lead through the quiet months between them.

What people ask before they start.
What is the minimum ad budget?
Enough for the platform to learn: usually $1,000 a month on Google Search for a local service, more for Meta or Performance Max. If the budget is below that we will say so and suggest local SEO instead.
Is the management fee separate from ad spend?
Yes. The monthly fee is ours; ad spend is billed by Google or Meta directly to your card, in your account. You always know which is which.
How quickly do ads produce leads?
Google Search can produce leads in the first week. Cost per lead usually settles after four to six weeks of optimisation, once there is enough data to cut what is not working.
Do I own the ad account?
Always. It is created in your name if it does not exist, and we are added as a manager. Leave and you keep everything.
Usually paired with
- Sales Funnels & Landing Pages from $399
- SEO & Organic Growth from $249/mo
- GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Systems from $649
