A new site to #1 for “bathroom remodeling boca raton” in five months
Three crews, a 60-day backlog, 18-month financing as the offer, and nothing online that could carry it. The site went live in mid-March 2026.
The situation
Two markets, Palm Beach County in Florida and Kane County in Illinois, each needing its own service-area pages.
What we built
- A site with service pages (complete remodel, shower remodel, tub-to-shower, bathtub replacement, walk-in tubs, tile), a financing page, gallery, testimonials, booking and blog.
- Service-area pages for six towns across both states.
- A technical audit sweep a month after launch, and a CRM with pipeline, automated email and SMS, booking calendar and Google Calendar sync.

How to read it
Quarter on quarter, 41 to 128 clicks. About ten of those were our own team’s visits, so read the gain as slightly smaller than the raw figure. “Bathroom remodeling boca raton” moved from position 3.5 to 1.0 in the quarter; the Illinois pages are indexed but not yet ranking, which is the next job.
